The location was great, close to the town center and the ski slopes. the staff was friendly and helpful, always with a smile. the breakfast was amazing and the rooms were comfortable and clean.
Our Christmas experience was a bit disappointing. the hotel was too crowded and noisy, making it difficult to relax.

This accommodation is perfect to unwind in the Czech Republic. It's surrounded by serene nature perfect for swimming in the summer and skiing in the winter. the rooms are cozy and spotless, with new comfortable beds that are perfect for a good night's sleep. the breakfast was delicious and creative. Outdoors, the air is fresh and crisp.
The hotel lacks a gym or fitness center.

The cozy rooms were kept very clean and the comfortable beds made for a great night's sleep. The location was perfect, with plenty of outdoor activities available nearby. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices offered.
The staff was not very friendly or helpful, which detracted from the overall experience. there were not enough towels provided in the room, which was a bit inconvenient.
